All services are included in the maintenance package starting at $100 per month

Weekly mowing and edging of all grass areas, and blowing off of all hard surfaces 4x per month.
Fertilizer application 3x per year.
Trimming of all bushes 3x per year, and basic tree trimming upon request. Anything more will be on a per job quoted basis.
Weeding by both spraying and manual removal as requested, as well as pre-emergent weed control application to dry surfaces 1x per year (spring).
Sprinkler/irrigation repairs and prevention through monthly irrigation checks, seasonal adjustment of sprinkler clocks, and diagnostic checks upon request. Larger issues will be quoted separately.
Leaf cleanup during fall season.
